Which duration is worth it
That depends on how long you are spending in York. Per day, the pass becomes cheaper with each additional day: the 1-day pass for adults works out at £ 73 per day, the 2-day option at £ 48 per day and the 3-day option at £ 37 per day. The pattern is similar for children, from £ 46 per day on a 1-day pass down to around £ 22 per day with 3 days.
Even a handful of attractions per day plus the Hop-On/Hop-Off Bus will typically cost more as individual tickets. If you are planning a compact day trip, the 1-day pass is ideal. If you want more time for York Minster, JORVIK and beyond, the 2- or 3-day option gives you the best value per day.
